Big Game Fishing at Kite Beach
Not to be missed out is Aqualand's Big Game Fishing department.
Volker Bassen who is the owner of M.F.V "Unique" and "Scorpio" and has over 13 years experience fishing Kenyan waters. Being so far south here provides very close proximity to the Pemba Channel, which is world famous for its deep water and abundant fish supply.
Our strike results this season has certainly proved that, good catches of Marlin and Sailfish have been achieved this year as well as Wahoo, Dorado and Kingfish. The clients have been happy anyway.
Whale Shark and Dolphin are often spotted and tracked as well, adding an exiting dimension to a half or full days fishing. Aqualand runs a strict tag and release program, which is run in accordance with I.G.F.A. (International Game Fishing Association) and designed to preserve rare and endangered species.
